About Us

The JPS Association is a network of human resource consultants and industrial psychologists who bring a wide range of practical experience and expertise. The JPS process is based on the belief that consultants are most cost-effective for clients when (a) they understand their client’s situation before they offer solutions, and (b) they work together with clients and their employees to find answers.

JPS Associates believe that quick-fix is often non-fix. We regulate our own professionalism against a strict code of conduct: integrity; confidentiality; commitment to change and improvement; sensitivity to the client’s circumstances. We approach all situations with an open mind focusing on understanding the client’s situation before offering solutions.

All JPS consultants have been through rigorous certified training in Joint Problem Solving.
